Happy Thursday, Clubbies,
The sun's showing up later every week now. That alarm that used to go off in daylight is starting to go off in the dark.
I spent years trying to fix my sleep at 10pm. The fix was at 7am.
Morning light flips the melatonin switch off, then sets a timer to flip it back on about fourteen hours later. Step outside at 7am. Get sleepy at 9:30pm.
And when your body powers down on its own, you're not looking for something to help it along.
It's free. It works on cloudy days. Even in Cleveland. Fifteen minutes. That's the whole ask.
I swapped the nightcap for a sun cap. Best thing I've ever ordered.

💪 Protein and creatine in a zero-proof cocktail? Sportsballer says theirs is the first ready-to-drink with both. 5 grams of protein, 1 gram of creatine a can. What a time to be alive. I personally like mine in coffee and steak, but would you?

Episode #37 - Chad Fedorovich
Chad Fedorovich is about a year and a half in. His moment wasn't dramatic — he was just looking for ways to slow down the aging process, and he realized that even one beer left him feeling terrible the next morning. One day he simply decided he was done.

Introducing the Club Soda Club referral Program
Know someone who's thinking about it? There's no membership requirement.
Part-time members, full-time members, "I'm just curious" members. All welcome. So whether you've got a friend who's been saying "I should probably cut back" every Sunday morning for the last six months, or a friend who's already all-in on the alcohol-free life and just hasn't found their people yet — send them your link . They subscribe to the free newsletter, you both win. No pressure, no program, no weird pamphlets.
Basically, if they've ever ordered a club soda (or anything else non-alcoholic) and felt like they had to explain themselves... they're already one of us.
