🍺 Money is doing some of the work for us. Over a third of people drinking less in 2026 point to one reason: drinks just got too expensive. Wellness gets the headlines, but the bar tab is quietly the more persuasive argument and a key reason I believe the Club Soda Club app works. You actually see how much you’re saving in real time.

Episode #30 - Sis Cerino

Sis Cerino has been part of the Club Soda Club since January 2026. Her turning point? Realizing alcohol wasn't the social lubricant she thought it was — it caused more anxiety than it ever took away. She was tired of waking up wondering what she'd said the night before. Cutting back made it clear which friendships were really built on drinking, but going out never stopped — she and her husband still love trying local spots, and it's far less intimidating than she expected. Her at-home go-to: a tropical mojito with garden mint, pineapple, coconut, lime, and fresh Pellegrino. Her advice? Try one night out without it, keep your options stocked, and go from there.

Introducing the Club Soda Club referral Program

Know someone who's thinking about it? There's no membership requirement.

Part-time members, full-time members, "I'm just curious" members. All welcome. So whether you've got a friend who's been saying "I should probably cut back" every Sunday morning for the last six months, or a friend who's already all-in on the alcohol-free life and just hasn't found their people yet — send them your link . They subscribe to the free newsletter, you both win. No pressure, no program, no weird pamphlets.

Basically, if they've ever ordered a club soda (or anything else non-alcoholic) and felt like they had to explain themselves... they're already one of us.
