
I don’t like club soda. What now?
Answer: You can absolutely still be in the Club Soda Club.
If your go-to drink is Diet Coke on the rocks, welcome aboard. If you’re like me in the early days, maybe you start with two parts club soda, one part ginger ale (a little compromise, a little carbonation, and a lot of progress.)
Look, the game of life is a marathon, not a sprint. You’re not going to magically wake up tomorrow as some green-juice-drinking, quinoa-prepping health god or goddess. And that’s fine. The first boss battle is not drinking as much alcohol. Beat that one first. Once you’ve got it under control, you can start leveling up the rest: what you eat, what you sip, how you sleep.
