Cutting out alcohol improved sleep — but it didn't fix it. The real upgrades came from simple, free changes that anyone can make tonight. Flipping your phone screen to black and white to kill the late-night scroll. Getting outside during golden hour and using the Apple Watch sunset complication as a reminder. And cutting caffeine off at noon — brutal for a week or two, but it made the first morning cup actually work again and made falling asleep way easier.
