📖 The ROI on drinking less is insane. Quick question: what does a night out actually cost you? If your answer was just the bar tab, you're doing the accounting wrong. This week we run the honest invoice. After tallying the money, the sleep, the body, and the mornings, the returns are wild. Bring a calculator.
📱 Club Soda Club app update. Skipped drinks at home count too. This week the dev team is building venue-less sessions into the app, so the quiet Tuesday on the couch earns saved money just like a night at the bar. Because let's be honest: some of your best skips happen at home.
🎧 Playlist I’ve been jamming while working. Big Desk Energy on Spotify. Mostly sunny, upbeat beats without many lyrics, designed to keep you focused. I turn it on as soon as I wake up anyway.
🥒 How much do you love pickles? Yew, a UK based company rolled out a briny pickle sparkling water pitched as a grown-up alternative to a drink. Proof the alternatives keep getting less boring across the pond and hopefully they are making their way here soon.

Episode #31 - Jen
Jen hits eight years this July. The biggest thing she learned? After spending a decade thinking she needed alcohol to loosen up and be herself, she discovered she didn't need it at all — she found a piece of herself she hadn't felt since her younger days. The hardest part was the people who couldn't understand, precisely because she didn't have a dramatic story. What surprised her most was how much she loved being fully present, remembering everything, and never waking up with regret. Her advice for anyone stuck at the starting line: you don't have to decide this is forever. Give yourself 60 days, see how you feel, and reassess from there.

Introducing the Club Soda Club referral Program
Know someone who's thinking about it? There's no membership requirement.
Part-time members, full-time members, "I'm just curious" members. All welcome. So whether you've got a friend who's been saying "I should probably cut back" every Sunday morning for the last six months, or a friend who's already all-in on the alcohol-free life and just hasn't found their people yet — send them your link . They subscribe to the free newsletter, you both win. No pressure, no program, no weird pamphlets.
Basically, if they've ever ordered a club soda (or anything else non-alcoholic) and felt like they had to explain themselves... they're already one of us.
